Eleven people in a brick warehouse on North High Street

Wexford started in 2017 with one question: what does a new customer really cost? We still answer it for every client, every Monday.

Why we started Wexford

Why we started Wexford

Priya Anand spent six years buying media at a Chicago agency, where the monthly report ran to 40 slides and nobody could say what a new customer cost. She started Wexford in 2017 with two clients and one rule: every report starts with that number.

Nine years later we are eleven people in a brick warehouse on North High Street, working with fourteen brands at a time. We turn down more work than we take, because a fifteenth client would mean a junior on somebody’s account.

Most of our clients sell physical products online: cookware, coffee, skincare, socks. A few sell software to people who work with their hands. What they have in common is a founder who reads the numbers.

Four things we will not change

Written down in 2017 and still on the wall above the long table.

Flat fees

Flat fees

Our fee stays the same when we cut your spend. A percentage of spend would pay us to tell you to spend more.

We say when it is not working

If week eight looks flat, you hear it from us first, with what we would change or whether you should leave.

Who does the work

One lead per account, specialists for each channel. Nobody here has fewer than four years of running ad accounts.

Twenty minutes with your ad accounts open

Share read-only access before the call. We look at spend, tracking and the pages your ads point to, then name the three changes we would make first, whether you hire us or not.
